Behind our painted shop window await a dining room with white tablecloths, an oak-slatted bar and the kitchen at the back. We took every photo on this page here, at our place.

We plate by hand, in series, ten times over. Six identical slates, four identical plates: that is how we work, and this stainless-steel worktop is where this website takes its material from.
